How We Repair Foundation Settlement

Prepare the footing to accept the pier bracket. 3. Use installation ram to hydraulically push the pier. 4. Cap the piers. 5. Install lift cylinders and lift the house and foundation to level. 6. We attach the SaberTooth bracket, made of industrial strength steel, to the footing
Steel pipe is forced past the unstable soil until we hit the pressure needed
Lift cylinders are used to lift the building to as level as possible
Cylinders are removed and the trench is filled
